PROCESSING TIME

We process orders within 1 to 2 working days (orders in preparation).

TRANSIT TIME

• United Kingdom - Standard: 2 working days
• United Kingdom - Express: 1 working days
• International delivery - Standard: 5 to 8 working days.

The times communicated at checkout are given for information only, only the Express delivery time is guaranteed (see paragraph below). 

If you do not receive your item within 30 days and no delivery attempt has been made, we will refund your purchase in full without any request for a return on your part.

For other countries, all delivery free will be confirmed at the checkout, before confirming your order. 
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to provide delivery at the price displayed at checkout.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES 

All pricing include the VAT.

As our stock is located in the United Kingdom, no customs duties apply on orders delivered to the UK. 

All orders delivered outside the UK are subject to duty tax. Incoterm used outside the UK : DAP (Delivery At Place). The final recipient is responsible for settling the customs fees. If customs fees are not paid and the delivery cannot be completed, we do not guaranty a refund and we will retain the delivery costs plus an administrative fee of £25 from the order value.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)

We offer an express delivery (1 working day) at an extra cost. We select the best carrier to achieve a next day home delivery with the highest quality. 

All orders placed before 12 pm benefit from a delivery time guaranteed of one working day. In case of non respect of the delivery time, we will refund you the difference of price between the Express and the Standard shipping fees.

In case of a first failed delivery attempt, the consignee will receive an sms/email notification to reschedule the delivery or ask the parcel to be delivered in a safeplace or a post office or Royal Mail Depot. In absence of reply for the end customer, the carrier will, by default, proceed to a second delivery attempt.

In case of a second failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be redirected to the post office, where it will be available for pick-up during 18 days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, i.e. 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of your order, and a tracking link.

PARCELS RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE

If a parcel is returned back to our warehouse (for example: refusal to accept the parcel, parcel not collected from a post office or relay point, error in the delivery address); we will retain £20 on the value of your purchase before refunding. These costs correspond to delivery costs, repackaging costs and restocking costs.
