With every order, we systematically send two emails: a confirmation email and an email with a downloadable link for your training program. These emails are generated automatically, so please check your spam folder and the "Promotions" tab in Gmail before contacting us.
2. I haven't received my training program.
Upon confirmation of your order, an email with your access link to the digital content is sent. It's possible that this email might be treated as spam or redirected to the "Promotions" tab in Gmail, so please check both of these folders before contacting us.
