We design our resistance bands with premium material to support you in your fitness journey to step closer to your desired physique. However, if our bands do not fully meet your requirements, you have the option to return them. Please feel free to contact us before placing an order at info@smartworkout-pro.com if you have any doubts about our products, and we will be happy to address all your queries.

RETURN POLICY:

You have a period of 60 days from the date of order confirmation to return your product. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refund requests beyond this 60-day timeframe.
All returns in the United Kingdom costs £15.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:

If you wish to return an order, please submit your request via email to the following address: info@smartworkout-pro.com, stating the reasons for the return and providing your order number.

If you are located in the UK, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your order to our warehouse located in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This label should be printed and affixed to your parcel.
Please kindly note that a deduction of £15 will be made from the eligible refund amount to cover the return shipping costs.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:

All our products are eligible for return within 60 days from the date of purchase, provided the request is made within this timeframe.

Please note that only the value of your order is eligible for a refund. Any applicable shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS:

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in its original, intact condition. Each product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the delivery note, protective films, and all received accessories. Failure to return the item(s) in their original condition will result in the denial of a refund.

RETURN FEES:

Shipping costs are at your expense. If you are located in the UK, we will provide a return label, and £15 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping fees (£25 for returns outside of the UK). .

REFUND TIMELINE:

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, and if the return procedure has been followed correctly, we will process your refund. The refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for your order within 60 days.

If you have not received your refund after 60 days:

  1. Please double-check your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been processed but not yet reflected.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund appears on your statement.
  3. Reach out to your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be processed and displayed.

DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS:

SmartWorkout guarantees the quality of its resistance band sets and equipments. If any of your items are defective or if your order is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days after delivery at info@smartworkout-pro.com. Kindly provide photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the issue for our assessment. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.
We kindly ask you to adhere to these deadlines, as they are the timeframes prescribed by the carriers for initiating a claim against them.
